Millions all over the world consume coffee on a daily basis. This comes with both positive and negative effects which arise when it becomes so addictive that one cannot live a day without taking his or her coffee.

Coffee in the long run has been associated with increased cholesterol, osteoporosis and heart disease where as coffee can still be a source of antioxidants like chlorogenic acid that may help with weight loss.
